Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. we will send you the details on how to send the products back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Replacemen
    Within 30 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

Return and partial refund
    Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
    "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
    "The product is not what Id imagine it to be."
    "I am not satisfied with this product."
    In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above,you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Return and full refund
    In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Order Cancellation
    Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Notice: Packages sending back to www.truereligion-jeans.co.uk as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.
